I know people say you can't spoil your baby by holding them but my family came to visit and didn't put my son down for like 2 whole days. Now he won't let me put him down without screaming. I think spoiling is a thing. (Ps I still hold my son, I don't ignore him)
Hey Moms! Do any of you feel that your baby has been spoiled from all of the holding during breastfeeding? I think I have spoiled my baby boy. He loves to be held. He's starting to whine when I put him down.🤔
My son literally cried as soon as I put him down! So I literally have to be holding him all day, I'm drained. I live my baby but this is getting outta control. How can I get my son to stay on his own without crying?
Can holding your newborn before and while they sleep create of habit of them needing to be held in order to fall and stay asleep? 😭 my son won't stay asleep unless I'm holding him. The minute I put him down he starts fidgeting and waking up.

@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.

That's why everyone is ban from holding my baby she will not turn out like my niece and if they did obey my rules then they can go own and not get the chance to see her either

I heard that too not sure how I'm going to be with my daughter. but it's tru the more you hold them the more dependent they become to you. I'm sure I'll give in.... but I'm going to try and make her as independent as possible!
