coolest thing today, we went for our hospital tour and we were walking through labor and delivery and the rooms were closed but, as we walked by the last one you could hear the baby get its first gasp of air and start crying. Of course I teared up a bit, I cant wait for my little man 67 days to go!

sutter was okay ... my delivery went kind of fast I mean like 30 min fast ... I must say the epidural man comes very fast even tho I wasn't able to I was already 8cm whn I arrived at the hospital so by the time they got me to my delivery room babies head was out lol

i went to sutter on h street ... I was supposed to go to mercy but I didnt like it because u can only have 3 people in the delivery room
@babygirl10-11, so what hospital was it and which did you end up going to for your little girl since your in the sac area just curious
@melissa_182, hmm well ours was a tour and a class like what the procedures are for visitors you your hubby, what to expect, before. during and after hospital wise what to bring when to go in when to call labor and delivery etc
Because I already went in as an emergency few days ago so my husband doesn't want to go. Also because I have to be at the clinic at 9am since transportation would be taking me & my husband works tomorrow so that makes him not wanna go.

Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
So My coworker does not get vaccinated for anything due to religious practices and she’s worried about our job making it mandatory since they discussed it earlier this week. It’s crazy how when vaccines even started or came about we were told it would be voluntary but now it’s mandatory and people need a verification card to go certain places. We even have certain states doing lottery drawings just to make people get it. people shouldn’t fear losing their jobs or having to go against their religious beliefs when we were told it was voluntary. I think this is wrong that companies are doing this.

good thing my friend had her son at mercy san Juan and she had to have an emergency c-section and she told them she couldnt breathe and they ignored her and her vitals started to drop after they took the baby out, then when she was in recovery the nurse for the baby came in and my friend was all numb still and she had to throw up and she says can you get me something and the nurse goes im here for the baby... my friend threw up all over herself and almost her baby ive also heard other horror stories. ill be at Kaiser Roseville OMG it was beautiful and you can have as many people so long as it doesnt hender the process and you get a private room for labor of course annnd postpartum. which my friend had to share with this mom that was fighting with baby daddy and not taking care of her baby
