26 weeks.. Gifts!

Hey ladies! Going to see our gestational carrier on Monday for an ultrasound to check on the low lying placenta discovered at 18 weeks. She is a big gift giver. We will be 26.5 weeks at the appt. She does have two boys and is married. Can you ladies think of a gift you would love around 26.5 weeks? I thought of maybe doing something for her boys for Easter but I'm not sure. Restaurant gift card? Manicure? What is something you would/would have loved at this point in pregnancy...

Elevated nk cells.. Neupogen and intralipids

Found out I have elevated nk cells. I posted in another group too but also would like to know if anyone else does and have taken neupogen or intralipids ?

I saw a doctor this week for a second opinion and he ran some immune tests on me. My nk cells came back elevated. 15% and under is what they want them and mine are 25%. Has anyone else in here had elevated nk cells and treated them after rpl and had success?

Anyone take femera? Any side effects? What dosage were you on? I'm taking 5mg currently for a mock cycle for some testing - ERA and Receptivadx requiring a biopsy after ovulation.

Another question

Hi everyone ! We are 22 weeks on Saturday! Almost to viability ?our gestational carrier said she can feel him moving a lot and was trying to send us a video today then of course he stopped when she went to do the video! My question is, everything seems okay, no bleeding or spotting even though placenta was low at our 18 week ultrasound, but gestational carrier said she has cramps which she thinka are growing pains because they don’t feel like contractions at all. Boys names ideas!

What are some boys names you're loving? Finding it hard to agree on a name and would love some ideas. Don't like anything that ends in "an E sound" since our last name ends in an E sound.

Baby boy is almost 20 weeks! GC said she felt him kick tonight! We have an anterior placenta so it's taken a bit longer for her to feel him. So in love!

Anatomy Scan!

We had our Anatomy scan today and baby is a BOY! everything with our boy looked amazing, gestational carrier's cervix length is good at 4.8. Only thing is placenta is anterior low lying so they are doing another ultrasound for us in 8 weeks. She has not had any spotting or bleeding. Anyone have anterior low lying placenta? Anything I need to know?
