Cd45 today - inducing AF with vitex?

Hey all! I'm cd 45 today and no signs of AF. I tested just in case and I am not pregnant. I was going to hold off on vitex until I gave my body a few months medication free but I feel like my body is doing nothing and I need to move things along. Has anyone had luck with taking vitex and getting a period? How many pills a day and morning or night? I am not going to go the doctor route because we are currently pregnant via a surrogate and I'm not in treatment right now.

Ugh I'm either pregnant or my body really hates me. I want to be pregnant so bad, but I hate to get my hopes up. I feel exactly how I did with my first little one. I have to nap every day because I am beyond tired. I'm not hungry when normally food is my favorite thing. I keep having light cramping but my af probably isn't due for a while since I stopped bleeding from mc on the 21st. We've been BDing lots and I will test on the 7th. If I'm not pregnant I'm going to be pretty frustrated because feeling this way isn't worth it without a lo on the way. 1 more week, I hope it flies by! Good luck to all of us.
