Never a dull moment
Triggered last night and have my egg retrieval tomorrow.... We are making embryos to use for a GC. Therefore FDA requires bloodwork from both partners within a certain time frame of creating the embryos.... My nurse just called me saying my husband tested positive for HEP C! That they are re running the test to see if it's a false positive. If it's not then they need to freeze all my eggs tomorrow and fertilize at a later date. It takes 24 hours to re run the test. Therefore I will find out 2 hours before my retrieval tomorrow. He's never tested positive for this before and has it tested many times because this is our 9th cycle. We are hoping it's a fluke. He has no tattoos and swears to me he's never been with any other woman in 10 years of being with me. Never a dull moment, I feel like the world is against me becoming a mother! You'd think after 8 transfers and 5 miscarriages we could catch a break. ?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...

Locking your doors
We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
