What age was your baby when they could hold their head up?

So i took my son over to my grandmothers for thanksgiving hes a few days shy of a month old and i put him to sleep in his pack and play in a bedroom she has the audacity to sneak in there WAKE him up and was feeding him water. I'm freaking out right now...am I over reacting????

I'm worried my baby isnt getting enough to eat? Hes breast fed but i occasionally give him formula maybe 2 oz a day because I'm not sure hes full. Are there any signs i should look out for? Should i wake my sleeping new born? Hes 5 days old and has been sleeping around 5 hours ive tried to gradually wake him by rubbing his back he wakes up for a minute but then passes back out. Do I let him sleep or make him wake up?

Do they usually do a 3d ultrasound for a growth scan? Or can they get good measurements with a 2d ultrasound? I'm 37+5 and my doctor wants to do a growth scan on baby but at 32 weeks he was in the 77 percentile which i thought was average..

Ftm. When should i go to the hospital I've been having these pains in my pelvic area feels like pressure and hurts really bad they come and go I'm 35 weeks no bleeding or discharge. Is this normal? Maybe braxton hicks how do i tell them apart from real contractions?
