Ok this may sound like a dumb question but if u were to have conceived the 9th of november would it be too early for a positive on a hpt?

No. My husband got home from a deployment on the 20th of November with my first and by December 2nd, I already had a positive test with the lines(faint, but positive) and a digital. I thought it was far too soon, but apparently not lol.
