Do they usually do a 3d ultrasound for a growth scan? Or can they get good measurements with a 2d ultrasound? I'm 37+5 and my doctor wants to do a growth scan on baby but at 32 weeks he was in the 77 percentile which i thought was average..

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I don't know if every insurance covers a 3d scan, so it's probably a 2d by default, and you can request a 3d.
