So my poor baby boy has been extremely constipated ever since we started him in whole milk. I have to help him poop basically and then there's blood. I gave him some prunes a little bit ago and that helped a lot. I'm just wondering if there's something else I can do to prevent constipation. Also, he was on similac alimentum for the first 10 months of his life due to a milk protein allergy. We switched him back to regular similac with no problems. Why can I not get my son to eat any fruits? He eats veggies just fine, but he always spits out fruit. Is there way I can secretly incorporate it into his diet??
