I've been practicing ecological breastfeeding. For the last 7 months my son has been EBF he has never used a pacifier, he hasn't had any liquids except breastmilk, he hasn't had solids except a few tastes of vegetables after he turned 6mo, and he has slept with us in our bed... until 3 nights ago. Despite sleeping in his crib he still wakes every 3-4 hours to nurse, though. Most North American women who practice ecological breastfeeding get their period back between 14-15 months postpartum, yet mine decided to show up today. I feel slighted. Maybe it's the PMS, but I'm actually angry at my body 😡

@txyogagirl, he usually sleeps in his crib for about 4-5 hours and then I bring him in our bed, so I still get plenty of baby snuggles but I also get a few hours of more restful sleep. I was sleeping so lightly because I was worried about him, so it's actually turned out to be pretty ideal!

@asianae16, oh man! And so soon after your postpartum bleeding finished! Our bodies can be real jerks sometimes.
I ebf also and I got my period at a little before I was one month postpartum. I had a couple days before my 6 week check up

you don't even know... Ebf, no paci, etc and got mine at 3.5m pp. I was a little mad but what can ya do 😔
Hello crib! Damien officially turns 4 months old today and fornthe last 3 nights has slept through the night unswaddled in his crib! He has also taken all of his naps in his crib. Last night he fell asleep on his own in his crib, the first time falling asleep without one of us holding him, and he just did the same this afternoon for a nap.

Idk if this is a little to harsh but my stepson is 2 and 7 months now the time outs are not working so I stepped it up a little and decided to take all toys away and tv away for whatever he has left of the day till bed time. Gets it taken for hitting us or throwing toys or kicking... He kicked me right in the mouth last night so he didn't get his toys till after nap and no cartoons and thats around 4pm is this to much??
Did or does anyone have a newborn (under a month old) who doesn't sleep at night? The second I put him in his crib he freaks out 😢
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
