Opinions on different kinds of non hormonal birth control?

I know you can exchange diapers at Wal-Mart without a receipt but what about other baby items? I got some duplicates of like blankets, onesies, etc and wondering if I can return them to get different sizes or something else without receipts?anyone know??

Went to the hospital this morning bc I was leaking bloody discharge and having contractions. Got sent home after the 3 hours because I'm not dialating at all. Even though contractions are only 2-4 mins apart. This is miserable. Ugh.

Not really sure what's going on. I didn't feel right last night got light headed and really hot and then leaked from my breast like a lot more than I ever have...Then felt better like 10 mins later but it happened 2 or 3 times last night. Then it happened again this morning and it made me feel sick So I laid down. And now I just threw up. So I'm laying down upstairs in the air. I feel really hot still but I took my temp and it's fine, my blood pressure is normal. Just strange. I hope it's all go...
