I have a strange question, my bf has like a reddish ring around the under part of the head/ tip of his penis and it hurts him to touch, is it just dry or would it be something medical attention would need, it's a cresent moon shape now, but I worry. Idk if someone's significant other has had this sort of thing happen to them?

That's strange. I'd say it's an allergy to something or fungal like yeast somehow. Hard to say without seeing but he should see his primary! They can swab it and get it taken care of

@sassysarae no, I have been fine, and nothing changed other than the ring thickness. It's gone down, but I wasn't sure if it would need a cream or ointment to help.
