My boys are 2 months old! I'll be going back to work the beginning of next month and even though I love my job I'm apprehensive about going back. I don't want to be away from my babies but it will be a welcomed break. #twinningishard

My mom is leaving tomorrow 😭. I love breastfeeding hormones. Nursing at 1am, baby peed all over changing table and blankets, but I'm still in a good mood and was even able to get hubby to lighten up.

I had my thyroid removed yesterday now I'm at home recovering. Thank goodness I have a great support team helping take care of my boys. I have been exclusively breastfeeding my twins up until yesterday when I had to start mixing formula with my milk to stretch it further. My husband and mom have been feeding and caring for my boys all day yesterday when I had to stay over night at the hospital. So I went to put my boys on WIC yesterday and the tech had to come back in the room to clarify with the nutritionist that my food package was correct. Apparently they don't see many exclusively breastfed twins and were thrown off by $17 worth of fruits and veggies. So glad I went ahead and got on WIC, I won't have to buy milk, eggs, and peanut butter forever lol!

I finally woke up for my 3:30 pumping session! I got out 4oz, my boys are 13 days old...I'm just so excited that I finally woke up enough to pump! 😴
