Hay ladies! I am back! I did workout yesterday but I forgot to post on here of course hahaha. I had an amazing workout today though and I am so proud of myself for jumping right back into working out. I was extremely depressed yesterday because I have been kicking ass and watching my food intake, counting calories, and cutting certain foods and yet I still have not lost any weight..ugh I am just gaining weight. its so frustrating! I'm going to keep pushing myself and doing the best I can. I hope...

So for those of you following my on my weight loss journey, I was unable to do my workout and such yesterday and probably won't today either. I got some dental work done and am in so much damn pain, they gave me pain pills that I'm taking every four hours and sadly I fall asleep every dang time I take them. So keep up the good work ladies and I will be back soon and hitting my workouts harder than ever :)

first day trying out my treadmill and I love it! So of course another workout day down. yay! I did 25minutes walking for two mins then running for one min and going back and forth for that entire time limit. That was at a 4.0 incline. Then did another 5minutes and walked at a 10.0 incline. All together I did 30 minutes, 1.226 miles and burned 213 calories. I am dripping sweat but feel freaking fabulous! keep up the amazing work ladies! oh and excuse the mess lol I've been a busy gal going throu...

Ugh I am so emotional today...I officially started my period today. *sobs* I just want to get pregnant so bad but sometimes I don't feel like it ever will happen. I am such an emotional wreck. :-/

Another day down in my fitness journey! Today I am absolutely beat ugh, I got my treadmill today and after two bruised and swollen palms, a broken blood vessel on my finger from being pinched, and a scratch accompanied by bruise on my shoulder that bad boy is put all together! yes!!!! this gal is ready to put her running shoes on tomorrow and get to shedding some poundage. haha. Keep up the good work ladies and never forget to love yourself and be proud of yourself. :)

Kind of bummed out tonight, my SO and I have been trying to conceive for a while and at the beginning of the month I had a super light spotting for 3 days. I got really excited because I haven't had a period this month yet and have had symptoms of being pregnant. I took a pg test two weeks ago and it was negative, but continued to get more symptoms. Anyways, tonight I started spotting again. ugh I don't know if its a period or what, but gosh I just want a positive already! please! :(

Finished tonights workout, better late then never. I had to really push myself to get up and do my exercises, I am so incredibly tired today. But hay! at least I got up and got it done. Oh and good news, tomorrow I will receive my treadmill! yay! I am so excited. Goodnight ladies, and keep up the good work.

Today's workout: Finished! I am really feeling it today in my arms and abs. But its good pain, the pain of being accomplished. Oh and guess what?!!?! I am so very excited to say...I get my treadmill this week! woo! I have been waiting two months now for this darn thing. First, I was shipped a recliner, then they lost my treadmill somewhere in Texas. Once that was straightened out I received my treadmill only to open it and find it was broken and stepped on. ugh I was so furious, so I sent it bac...

I am not sure who really is following me on my journey to self health and a better me, but today was day 2 of watching my portions, exercising, and doing healthier things for my body. I started vitamins and such today and let's just say I feel fabulous! I hope whoever else is on their journey to self health sticks with it and has fun doing it. so many people look at it as a chore instead of a journey or something exciting. wish y'all the best. :) thanks for reading who ever y'all are.
