Hay ladies! I am back! I did workout yesterday but I forgot to post on here of course hahaha. I had an amazing workout today though and I am so proud of myself for jumping right back into working out. I was extremely depressed yesterday because I have been kicking ass and watching my food intake, counting calories, and cutting certain foods and yet I still have not lost any weight..ugh I am just gaining weight. its so frustrating! I'm going to keep pushing myself and doing the best I can. I hope I see results soon. keep up the good work ladies. :)

I am the queen of getting in my own head. LOL Hence the panic attacks I have had for so long that I think I've just grown used to them. Can you take walks or volunteer somewhere?

thank you @erinflaherty818 , that's was much needed. I am alone all the time so I can really get into my own head. ugh. I'm going to try my best to move forward and keep pushing. Its so hard though sometimes. I do nothing all damn day its awful. sigh.

Aww @littlebritches I will help you make money as soon as you're able. I've been in a similar situation and I know how hard it is to feel like you can move forward when everything around you is dragging you backwards. Try to talk kindly to yourself, set your intentions for tomorrow, then next week, then next month. And BELIEVE that you have power. I am a true believer in making the impossible things happen. And it never is easy or fast but it is always worth it. Try to hang on tight...change is coming and you will find the relief you need. ❤️

I used to take medications but I hate it and the last time I took meds I had a serious reaction and had to go to the hospital. my family says I handle really well on my own, I just have these episodes of depression. I eat so well usually buy my uncle decided to buy sweets and buy me stuff and I didn't want it at first. then after being depressed and beating myself up I caved and gave in. I am depressed because I've hit a huge rough spot and I'm stuck. I am not working and have no money and stay home seriously 24/7 I hardly ever leave my house. I've been trying to find work but I had to pawn my computer to help my bf and mom out so I have to wait until I get taxes to get it out and have my resume. ughhhh. I am just being so hard on myself, and feel like a failure. Sorry, I kinda went on a rambling spree there. I'm just so frustrated, but all with myself. @erinflaherty818 Thank you for the advice :)

Do you take medication? You're going to have to do a little reverse engineering. Think about your goal. Think about what's derailing that goal. And how do you come across those items. So basically until you can get your emotional eating under control, you need a replacement behavior for the sweets and you need to avoid stopping in places where you're likely to grab those things as quick snacks. Also, having healthy snacks in your purse at all times helps too. I keep portioned out baggies of roasted almonds and multigrain pretzels in my car and diaper bag. Sometimes I make little bags of trail mix ( 1 oz. almonds, 1 oz. sunflower seeds, 1 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup granola) and that salty and sweet combo does the trick without ruining my day. I hope these things help!

yeah I use it every single day. I've been in this really depressed state and today I had a stupid doughnut and yesterday I had a candy bar. ugh I am just so frustrated and want to cry. my depression is getting the best of me. @erinflaherty818

Awww @littlebritches are you tracking your foods in my fitness pal? Honestly, people who journal are more successful. Also, drinking more? Water or alcohol? I'm assuming water but I want to double check that. If you get on MFP app, let me know and I'll friend you and I can take a look at where you are getting stuck.

Thank you @zarnicole I eat really healthy and mostly organic. I'm just unsure why I'm not losing weight right now. Could be due to me drinking more than I ever have so maybe I'm retaining water weight. idk I'll weigh myself in the morning and see if I've lost anything recently. But thank you I'll be sure to double check I'm eating organic and healthy grains and such. :)

Try to eat healthy grains and organic . Stay a way from process food and bad carbs .,, you will loose weight only if u have right heathy eating with exercise
