have you talked to a fertility specialist. i just got diagnosed with pcos and finally starting to feel hopeful that i will get pregnant we have been trying for 7 years. good luck @littlebritches

oh thank you @mekayla1997 ! I've been on a journey to a healthier me, so hopefully that will help me as well. I will be putting your tips in effect haha you can count on that.

some tips are , cut out lots of sugar , don't have sex every day. have sex the 11 , 12 , 14 , 16 , and 18th day of your cycle. there needs to be a fresh supply of sperm seeing as your egg is only visible for 12 - 24 hours. this is why the ovulation tests play a big role ! thank you ❤

we just stay hopeful , even though it's hard .

we recently bought preseed , and ovulation tests .... hopefully they will help ☺
