first day trying out my treadmill and I love it! So of course another workout day down. yay! I did 25minutes walking for two mins then running for one min and going back and forth for that entire time limit. That was at a 4.0 incline. Then did another 5minutes and walked at a 10.0 incline. All together I did 30 minutes, 1.226 miles and burned 213 calories. I am dripping sweat but feel freaking fabulous! keep up the amazing work ladies! oh and excuse the mess lol I've been a busy gal going through my crafting stuff.
