so I went in to be induced yesterday. they did a pelvic when I was in the hospital and said that I was not dilated and that my cervix wasn't favorable for induction. so they were going to send me home. then they did a sonogram and baby is about 10 pounds. so now today I am going in for my c section. I finally get to meet my baby boy

my doctor doesn't do a pelvic exam until labor begins. it's frustrating because I am past my due date and don't know if I am dilated at all since he won't check. but he wants me to induce a day after my due date. I would rather him do a pelvic first to see if I am even progressing instead of just inducing right away

just waiting for the arrival of my baby boy. I have always wanted a kid my entire life even in high school. I'm thankful I waited till I was out of high school because now my family can be excited about the baby. I have passed my due date and I am getting anxious. I just want to meet him already and start taking care of him. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to experience pregnacy. even if my pregnacy hasn't been the best.
