ladies I need answers!! my friends baby daddy took their daughter yesterday when they were fighting and now has had her overnight without my friends permission . they don't have any legal custody arrangements. but she never gave him permission to keep the baby overnight and now he is not picking up her calls. what can she do?

It's not kidnapping. He's the father if he's on the birth certificate then there's nothing the cops will do about it. The same thing happened with my brother and his ex. (She was playing games) and the only reason the would have taken her from him is if she was breastfeeding. But she wasn't so they couldn't do anything.
@francesgln92, she didn't give permission to take the baby. She can call the cops and see what they say tho they may call it a kidnapping but they may not because he's the father
nothing because there is no legal custody setting and she gave him permission. she can call the cops to have them make sure everything is okay
by law there isn't much she can do unless she feels the baby is in danger. she could call the cops and ask for advice, maybe they can check up on them?
