what are some signs of constipation on your little ones? my little is 5.5 months old and I thinks she's constipated..

mommy's, what time do your babies go down for bed usually? my little just turned 5 months and she was going to bed at 930-10 and now she's ready for bed by 7.. but if I put her down she won't stay asleep..
