so a nap this late is acceptable? she gets up during the night as well at least once and is up earlier and earlier every morning lol

he falls asleep from 6 to 10 so I do his bath at 5:30. really early but that's his self set schedule lately

Emma is 7 months old. She takes her last nap no later than 730pm and she's usually asleep between 930-10pm.
