Hey mamas! I am 6 days late and I'm still getting negative pregnancy tests. What could be going on?

Hey ladies! I am almost 8 weeks postpartum. Yesterday I started bleeding again and pretty heavy. Today it's worse. Is this normal? I think it is my first period as I'm not pumping anymore.

My baby girl was born April 26th, 2016 at 6:31 pm. Weighed 2 lbs 7 ounces. 15 inches long. 10.8 weeks early. She is healthy and happy. Will be in the hospital for a while so keep her in your prayers. I am still in the hospital for a few days to recuperate. Today Journey Lynn had her first feeding and she pooped!

Please read! So yesterday morning I woke up to the worst headache I have ever had. I called my doctor and he told me to go to Labor and delivery. I headed straight there around 12:00. I had high blood pressure and protein in my urine. I am preeclamptic. I am 29 weeks today. Very early diagnosis. I will be in the hospital until Journey is born. They are wanting me to wait until I'm 34 weeks. Baby is good, healthy and kicking the monitor. I am good and being very well taken care of. Please remembe...

So this morning we went to do our 3D ultrasound and their machine quite working... They said they will do it one night after hours this week. On a good note they are also said they'd do it for free! Disappointed but we did get to see Journey Lynn a little today.
