Good luck. Nothing helps mine either. It's terrible. :/ hopefully Tylenol and water helps yours!

Take one reg strength Tylenol and drink a cup of coffee with it, followed by a glass of water like 15 min later. Did the trick for me every time.

nothing helps mine but sleep, tylenol or water doesn't help
