Hey everybody! My baby girl is I the nicu and I'm exclusively pumping. I'm not producing near as fast as she needs it. What Cani do to produce more?

sleep and try brewers yeast kale and spinich salad. Also listening to soothing music helps

Make sure you're pumping every 2 hours and drinking tons of water! Be careful with fenugreek because it can cause gas in baby's and your LO prob doesn't need anymore discomfort
