It's been a long day...went to the courthouse to take care of some stuff, took the kids to the museum in hopes of tiring stepdaughter out-didn't work. cleaned house, made lunch, did dishes, prepped dinner for tonight and tomorrow, now watching Brave with her while hubby and baby sleep since he works 3rd shift. She wants to play with her dad but he hasn't had much sleep in 2 days and she won't listen when I tell her to use her inside voice and let dad and brother sleep.
ugh, 2 year olds...

my whole world. I don't want to put him down because he is fast asleep, but I have to use the restroom and I'm starving..

my almost one month old just had 6oz in an hour! now he's "snoring" asleep on my chest. I love my little chunky monkey lol

After 5 years and 4 miscarriages our baby boy came into the world after 40 hours of labour on the 11th at 35 weeks 2 days. He had a stent in the NICU and is doing ok now :)

I want to make my MIL a "spa at home" gift basket for Christmas but I'm out of ideas, hallppp... I make homemade soap, lotion, sugar scrub, candles and chocolates as a hobby. so I'm going to include one of each in the basket. here's what I have so far:

*homemade coconut and lavender lotion
*homemade brown sugar body scrub
*homemade lavender candle
*homemade chocolate sea salt truffles
*$100 gift card to her favorite clothing store
I just don't feel like it's enough...

as some of you know, I'm a stepmom to an awesome (though slightly terrifying 2yo lol) well, her mom drops her off and I'm still in my pajamas (well, BFs clothes) because it's cold and I really don't care. so BM comes in, and stares me up and down and kind of snorts and says "I remember getting him those pajama pants" and I wanted to say "when? during your barely 2yr marriage because you cheated on and left him?" she acted shocked to see me wearing his clothes and got pissy...

I don't feel well at all today, only 4hrs of sleep on top of it. so I ask my bf who's out hunting til tomorrow to ask his ex to keep stepdaughter another day so I can rest because I know I can't handle all that today by myself. all he says is "we'll be home tonight"...like, great ok but that's not what I fucking asked. he doesn't get it.

So lonely and tired but can't sleep. I miss my man. I get my stepdaughter tomorrow at noon so at least I won't be alone and we can make some thanksgiving crafts. but, I miss my bf's warm self snoring next to me and pushing me out of bed lol

I didn't realize how bad my stretch marks actually were til the other day. Got me some bio oil and gonna be trying that, gonna keep a progression post. it says use for 3 months min...hopefully it lessens the color at least. I plan on getting them covered up with a tattoo later on anyway.

FINALLY things are looking up! BF's lawyer said she's trying to waive his backpay child support because it's not his fault that his ex wife's lawyer was slow and that the court didn't get papers out in time. hopefully he won't have to pay her that unintentional backpay, and then we might actually be able to survive the year without being destitute since I can't go back to work yet. and after 3 months of waiting he's finally getting the final papers!
also, 32 weeks today! couldn't be happier even...
