How do you moms make yourselfs feel good even though you stay at home with a baby? Really wanna find a good way to help improve my self esteem since having my daughter.

Army Wives is my new show to watch and on episode 4 I got teary eyed man I don't know how couples do it but you have to be a certain type of strong to get through. Thank you to anyone that is in the army and their families for all that you do/go through. ❤️💙
