Is it too late to try to start breastfeeding my 8 day old baby? I can only get her to take one side and when she does she just sucks on it sometimes like a binky and isn't actually eating. Idk what to do :(

I've had 2 cotton ball sized hunks of "stuff" come out of my vag in the last 24 hours. I had a baby 5 days ago. It was def not a clot. I got it out and dissected it, it was like a body type tissue. I received shitty care after my baby was born. They only pushed on my belly about a few times over a span of like 6 hours and never checked it again. I read I may need a d&c?

jess_coff It's disgusting (sorry) but it's not a blood clot. It was like placenta and it stinks

Baby "no name" lol was born today, January 8th 2016 at 11:21 am. My water was broke and I started pitocin at about 9 am when I was 4 cm and I got my epidural at 10:30ish and and it didn't even work because they put it in too deep. Can I refuse the on call doctor from my practice and ask for a different one who's not from my office? I just want to cry because my whole birth plan is out the window. I won't be able to enjoy my daughters birth because I'm gonna feel awkward with this stranger looking at my crotch.
