Should I slowly take my 3 week old daughter off breast milk or just cut it all completely at once?
She is currently eating both formula and breast milk, but there's multiple things in my diet that she's sensitive to and I can't keep them out of my diet without getting extremely weak and sick (I'm not one for taking any pills of any kind due to a past drug use of pills).
She eats formula from 9pm to 8am , and then breast milk from 8am to 9pm.
