Who's babies were born at 34 weeks and what happened ? Like did they get placed in nicu and if so how long? Were you able to hold them before they went to nicu? Or did they come home with you?

my friend had her daughter in the hospital for 18days.
I'm in pre labor , I have been for 9 days.. My contractions are now on and off and when they come they're at 30-35 minutes apart, my cervix is softening along with babygirl being completely down head on cervix (which hurts so bad lol) . I'm so beyond uncomfortable and the doctor can't stop my contractions the meds aren't working so I get checked every 5 days to make sure she's not stressed and they're just letting my body do its thing at this point @ajr2014

my daughter was born at 34 weeks 2 days. she was a very healthy baby! 5 lbs 11 oz! I had her on the 15th of January last year and we went home on the 19th! The only reason we had to stay was because she had jaundice. No nicu for us thankfully! She is a very happy 15 month old! she weighs 25ish lbs now!
@havynsmomma0625, my son was born at 34 weeks and I got to hold him for a couple seconds. He stayed in the nicu for 5 days he came home a day before my 24th birthday
