16 ДПП ХГЧ 577 IU/L - норма или нет? Переживаю
Ох, я на нервах. 16 дпп. Хгч сегодня 577 iu/L.
Думаю, что что-то не так с моей беременностью, но... Англоязычный интернет говорит, что на 16 дпп хгч должен быть выше 300 iu/L. Прочитала массу статьей. У них совсем другие нормативы, чем у нас.
Много почитала и не понимаю этой разницы. Буду ждать УЗИ. Но руки что-то после крови подопустили. Не понимаю я ничего при всем знании химии, реагентики, анализаторов. Понимаю, почему, сдавая в разных лабораториях в один день будут разные результаты. Все понимаю, но почему настолько отличаются нормативы у русскоязычного интернета и англоязычного не понимаю. Неужели мы настолько разные контрольные реагенты покупаем...
Жду УЗИ, переживаю и грущу.
1. hCG value on day 16 of >300 mIU/mL predicted an ongoing pregnancy for day 5 transfer group in 97% of pregnancies compared with 92% for day 3 embryo transfers.
2. The mean levels of β-hCG 16 days after ET were remarkably higher in the ongoing pregnancy group than the EP group (1592.35 ± 87 IU/L vs. 369.69 ± 50.61 IU/L, P<0.001). The β-hCG thresholds predictive of ongoing pregnancy were 278 IU/L as the most suitable cut-off to predict viable pregnancy with a sensitivity of 72.8%, a specificity of 67.5%, a positive predictive value of 77.8%, standard error of 0.02, and a confidence interval of 73.8-81.7%.

Ника, ХГЧ оценивают только в динамике. Если сейчас 500 - это ничего не значит. Это не значит, что что-то не так. Вот если бы через три дня также было бы 500 - тогда да, было бы подозрительно. А сейчас - просто ждать и смотреть, как пойдут дела дальше... Не делая никаких выводов, ждать и смотреть.
Эх, к сожалению, следующая запись на анализы только на 19е число, а там у меня уже УЗИ. Буду ждать... И все равно буду нервничать((
Насколько я понимаю, все так и есть: должен быть выше 300 у вас так и есть))) еще и симптомы беременности, которые не спутать😅

@anastasiiatimoshenko не знаю. На всякий случай, врач сказала. А к крио протоколу посмотрела ещё раз мои анализы и передумала назначать в поддержку его 🤷 сказала, попробуем первый раз так
@anastasiiatimoshenko у меня в анализах на полиморфизмы есть небольшие отклонения. Поэтому изначально подумала назначить. А почему приняла потом решение, что они незначительные, я, честно, не знаю. Она долго думала. Он был вписан в протокол, но в день переноса она решила, что попробуем без него
А то что разные меры измерения? Выше пишешь iu/L ниже mlU/mL? Я не разбираюсь, просто заметила

@verons7, мне кажется, если совпадают единицы измерения, то можно доверять. И не расстраиваться раньше времени
