Goshhh I didn't my know my accent was that strong all my callers be like where are you from?? Soon as I tell them they be like yesssss I can tell I hear it in your voice they all love it 🥰😂😂 I'm like shoot I thought I talk like everybody else I didn't even know the difference I'm deep in the country so we all talk the same here 🤷🏾♀️🤣🤣
I’m the kind of person that listens to someone else talk and I start using their accent, completely subconsciously. But I have a very Jersey accent, mixed with a little Long Island somehow
This is me but with the New York accent / everyone in Florida is like … I’m sensing New York. Or where are you from? And then I say ny and their like YESSS !!!! Haha I find it cute tho and I love love southern accents !
@proudmommyofthree_, haha I actually like the accent too 🤣 mine isn’t even that bad ! mt sister and brother sound sooooo new yorkie
@proudmommyofthree_, ahaha! that’s so cute ! My friends mom had a southern accent so I would make her talk constantly cuz it’s so comforting
@proudmommyofthree_ the Maine accent always gets me, it's like talking to one of the Kennedys. It's very distinct. Or the northern MN who sound 100% Canadian. :D
@jenx uggghhh we don't get those callers 😭😭😭 depends on which states we licensed for
Southerners are a trip to talk to, and they always say, "Yes, ma'am" or "No, ma'am." every time I ask them a question. Like it makes the conversation twice as long but they are 100% committed to saying it. I had one customer say, "Ma'am, I have been an iPhone user since God was a child...." And I STILL laugh about it two months later.
Lol I look at it as a respect point of view to because I even say it sometimes may not be to every question but I say it lol
