Hey ladies, hope you all are fine.

Quick question my 2 months had her first 2 vaccinations and i gave her 2.5mil when i got home 2pm now i gave her another 2.5ml as she started to have fever, so what now i can't give her any more of paracetamol till tomorrow's 2pm? Or i can give one more at night time if she starts having fever again? Pls help xx
