I tested negative, like I thought I would, but something told me to be cautious and get tested anyway. I’ve been very run down, my B12 is low, my thyroid is back in sub clinical thyroiditis mode and my blood sugar has been low over the last 3 months. It’s a lot, and I’m still out here parenting, rebuilding my business and hustling on the side. I’ve gotta protect myself to protect my family.
I’m glad I did because I learned quite a bit and it also taught me I was right to trust my gut and at least double check. The doctor told me to still get my booster even if I was infected. I also learned that we can be infected with Delta again after 29 days, that’s just a menstrual cycle!
This is why we must be vigilant and socially responsible and do our part to stop the spread.
Can’t wait for my booster Wednesday.

You’re probably still recovering from Covid. It took me 9 months to recover. I had severe fatigue, I couldn’t exercise, my blood pressure was up, and I gained a lot of weight, amongst many other issues. I’m super healthy and have never had heath problems but Covid took me down.

Yep, covid depleted my vitamin and mineral levels as they get tested every 6 months. I’m working with my PCP and endo on it religiously
