Today has been a long day and I have not finished cleaning, was a unable to get laundry started which will have to be done tomorrow, have to take my son to his OT and speech hopefully get some cleaning done after before my husband calls me to pick him up. Being back to a one car family is hectic lol. As a New Yorker living in Virginia the public transportation sucks booty, it’s a 20 min walk to the bus stop alone and the websites says it will cost $4 if I have to take two buses, is there no transfer 😳 ?!?!

Is 4 bucks alot for a bus ride? I don't believe I've ever taken a bus of any sort, other than school of course. That seems reasonable to me though, is it not? 😬

😂😂 for a day yeah. In NY I think the fare was $2.25 and you have a transfer that has a 2 hour limit to use. For a day to get to your destination and then back it’s $4.50. In California they had a day fare for $5. If there is no transfer and idk about other fare offers that’s $8 to take the bus. If I have to frequently take the bus it’s too much lol.

@latinamomof3 I think I just have no clue how busses work! 🤣 I thought it was gonna be $4 to go where you needed and get back. That DOES seem kinda steep for a bus ride! I mean, if I put 8 bucks worth of gas in my car, it'd get me to work and back for SURE and that's freakin 100 miles! 😱 I bet I wouldn't even be on like dead E once I got back either. That is crazy girl!
