That’s what everyone is discussing is using cameras. But it’s a very dark area at night with little to no lighting and they are worried about the amount have to be spent on cameras powerful enough to see in the dark.

I hope the city really does get night vision cameras or mayne even hunting ones if they're cheaper cause that's seriously ridiculous how dumb some people can be!

And 💯 they need mental help!!! What if that progresses later down the track to someone's family pet, a child, a sibling... (I'm assuming it's most likely a teen) it's quite frightening.
