Baby boy is doing just fine right now he is weighing 6 pounds 8 ounces 😭 my doctor told me by the time he is born he is going to be 8 pounds or more he is definitely going to be my biggest baby still on bed rest because of my legs and feet swelling no preeclampsia just extremely swollen so I have to take it easy she checked my cervix and she told me she couldn't even get to it so I haven't dilated at all 😩😩 I've gained 8 pounds in two weeks I now weigh 180 pounds and he's head down with a whole head full of hair 😌😌 other than that its all a waiting game at this point I'm expecting to have him in 3 weeks if he doesn't come on his own before then I'm nervous, scared, excited, all in one but so ready to meet my boy 👶🏾💙💙

I have the opposite my little man is tiny only on the 2 percentile he is 3 weeks behind. Stella was the same just not as little as him. I hope you go naturally and he has an easy birth and doesn't get stuck.

@proudmommyoftwo_ I'm feeling you! I am on bed rest at home for now, hoping I can stay at home as my 3 year old isn't allowed in the hospital so if I go in now until they induce me at 37 weeks I won't get to see her for like 8 weeks.
@danniijohn, Uggghh that's what my doctor was saying to girl if he doesn't come at 39 weeks as long as me and the baby are healthy she will let me gone head and go to the hospital especially with him being as big as he is already he might not even fit through the birth canal 😩😩 so its not good for him to stay in too much longer he is just not trying to come at all I didn't have any problems dilating with my other two but he is just showing no type of progress as far as birth he's active though and head down but he is just comfortable 😭😭😭

Glad to hear baby boy is well and your doing as well as can be with the trouble he wan cause you lol. With my last baby I didn’t dilate until 39 weeks with my others I was 3cm+ before going into labor, don’t stress about induction girl. How are your girls doing? Are they ready to be big sisters to a baby brother? I bet they are excited.

It’s pretty normal to be closed at 36 weeks so don’t worry! Honestly I don’t even know why they check so early. Your baby is still very small and is not ready to come out so you definitely need at least 2 more weeks. Hang in there! The last few weeks are the hardest but he will be here before you know it!
Whewwww okay I had to make sure girl Idk why my doctor made it seem like it was a problem 🥴 now with my girls yeah I was like 1 maybe 2cm at 36 weeks but every pregnancy is different 😭😭😩 he just isn't ready yet I'm on his timing .
@proudmommyoftwo_, early dilation doesn’t indicate anything as far as timing of labor. I refused cervix checks when I was pregnant because it’s painful and pointless. Baby will come when it’s time!

@love_linds, Me too girl just nervous because she told me I should it least be 1 or 2cm by now and I'm not my cervix is completely closed shut so I may have to be induced I just hope within the next 3-4 weeks he shows some type of signs.
@proudmommyoftwo_, I wouldn’t worry too too much. I’ve never dilated on my own before. I went to 39+1 with my oldest with induction bc of my blood pressure. And I went to 40+1 with my youngest with induction. Both labors weren’t too bad. Lasted 24.5hrs with my oldest, 25.5hrs with my youngest...so I wouldn’t worry yourself. You’ve got this!!

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
