All of them! I like to use the leaves in rice and the stems in stew. But honestly it doesn’t matter, I eat them with nothing too lol
I’d have to say they taste the same. Just different textures lol

@countrypeaches42013 my husband uses the stuff like lettuce. Its too much for me.
@jenx @ksmommyx3 I do too, but the stems taste less soapy (which I think is an individual body chemistry thing, like the taste of brussels sprouts)
