The other day i posted about my mortgage. Well luckily my employer has said he can and will offer me a permanent position but in about 3 weeks (awairing confirmation on writong from lady off on maternity).
However, today a colleague came to me and warned me that my head employers has been in the office as a memer of staff has complained about me "slagging off" the establishment, staff and manager's for not givinf me a permanent contract. I was comoletely gobsmacked. The colleague who told it to me said they tried to have my back and tell them maybe i was upset and bitter intially about bot being made permanent... however i feel thats made things worse because it looks like i definitely did it which i absolutely never, ive been praying to become permanent because i can see me staying here forever. I dont know what to do. I want to clear my name but that means dropping my other colleague in it for letting it leave the room

Just don't say anything unless they pull you on it I mean it's not that big of a deal isit? Think about it you have apparently slagged them off for not having a permanent job there , just says how badly you want it 😂xx

😂 never thought of it that way but its true! 😂 its just peed me off someone has felt the need to go to the top and tell them something thduve either misheard or totally made up, like what's the point what do you get out of it!?

I believe it's actually my work partner. He overheard a very public conversation I was having in the corridor with my line manager asking for advice in how to approach the manager with regards to making my contract perm so I can apply for a mortgage and I think hes somehow seen that as me "slagging" the manager off, he's done stuff like this a few times in the last few months
