@leonardsquared, I can't watch it, i don't have netflix. I believe the condition is real though. There's no definite answer. It brings up something called imperforate anus.

LOL I definitely dnt think this is real thing, I can't find it anywhere. Plus in the movie, she had lips where her butthole should have been. I have heard of imperforate anus, but that just means the opening isn't open all the way or developed improperly in the womb.
