Lord I swear 😒 so close to Christmas and my husbands sister posts pics of her and like 20 friends partying in a corona hotspot with no masks. Like how tf and I suppose to go to their house with my children the 20th for Christmas if they gonna act stupid
Typically I wouldn’t we didn’t go to thanksgiving because of this but I’m not exactly sure how we wouldn’t go because we don’t have money this year for gifts and visiting his mom is the only way my kids will get gifts, they already been all on my ass about this empty tree lol I don’t even know what fresh hell meltdown they will have if momma ruins their Christmas 🙄 they don’t understand it all. And his family lives hours away so their definitely not gonna drop the gifts off. My daughter already talked to her grandma and already knows she bought her this big play house she’s been wanting urg ima be like major grinch if I tell them we’re not going. And their still a little too young to understand anything eles except I’m a asshole for Christmas lol
@the.mother.goose., That's tough. Sometimes you just have to be the asshole though. Better to protect yourself and your family. I think if you absolutely have to go you should have them get tested for covid. Even when 3/4 of my in laws and myself tested positive they were mad i wouldn't let my family celebrate Thanksgiving with them. My husband's uncle just passed away Wednesday from double pneumonia and covid.
@scream.queen, yeah we definitely turned down thanksgiving lol 😆 that was way easier and honestly if we didn’t have kids I would quickly turn down Christmas too lol
@the.mother.goose. very inconsiderate of her!!
& maybe he was saying the dear Lord about his sister lol
I completely understand the being with family in order for your kids to get gifts, I've been there. Just talk to her about getting a test❤️
@lifewithlynnieandwill88, I know that’ was kind of like my game plan and then get a few dollar tree items from Santa. But damn why go out and party in the city every week during a damn pandemic and Christmas 😒
@the.mother.goose. some people are just ignorant to the situation, unfortunately 🙄
I wouldn’t go. We are not going to any family’s homes this year bc of the pandemic. If they want to buy for my kids, they’ll be dropping the gifts off on the porch.
Ooo girl, just yesterday my dads side of the family threw a big party with more than 20 ppl....not gonna see them any time soon...
