Does anyone know of any good spot treatments, masks or skin barriers?

I usually use nip and fab and it clears up my face straight away but now I'm having to wear a mask at work for long periods of time my face has broken out and it's so sore 😫

I don't get much time to let my skin breathe as I'm working alot 😭 I use reusable ones so there always washed, as the blue surgical ones are the ones that really irritate my skin.

Any help would really help Tia x

If they are spots then I’ve found drying them out with bar soap works best then once the area starts flaking use a tiny amount of thin moisturiser to get the dead skin off. Also tea tree oil is really good at drying out spots but be carful of your eyes xx

Yeah I drink alot of water and barely any junk food unless it's treat day, my skin is usually really good, I only even get hormonal acne but these masks have just set it off something rotten that my usually products just can't clear it up fast enough 😫

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.
