I just decided to quit dying my hair after almost six years of covering grays. I have enough were I had to dye it every 4ish weeks. My hair was so damaged. It’s actually awesome letting it go and not worry about it.

And there is no sense worry about death. Just live your life. It could happen tomorrow or 50 years from now, don’t waste time worrying over things you can’t change.
