My baby girl does not let me do anything all day 😭 I'm lucky if everything is done before my s.o gets home , she cried so I pick her up to feed her and change her diaper and once she's on my breast she eats and I burp her put her down and she'll cry I get her again and she's on my breast not even latched on just smelling my boobs 😭 I'm like girl really lmao she wants me to carry her or be with her all day , girl I wish I could lmao
My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. shaking a baby?! So this girl I know had a baby girl a few months before me. The baby is 8-9 months. Well she was over at my bff house and the baby was crying and she went into the room and shook her and yelled at her to go to sleep!!! My bff started yelling at her to take care of her child. She said but she needs to go to sleep I want yo watch this movie! And my bff told her to get out of the room and she put baby girl to sleep. She goes to the living room. She is not watching a movie but is all over some guy she just met....

I bet there are good resources online. My daughter just dealt with the death of her great grandmother, but she is a lot older than your kiddos.
The advice I read was to talk about the illness in a normal voice, don't talk in hushed tones like it is a secret bad thing. Talk to them in a place they feel comfortable and secure. Don't use words like "going to sleep" because it can scare them about sleeping.

that's a great start. And it is funny how kids adapt super fast. My daughter was incredibly close with her great grandma, but she tells me all the time she isn't sad because her grandma is close to her.
They will probably handle it better than the adults.
It's hard to lose a.beloved pet. I am sorry. :(
