I’m tired of these doctors not taking me seriously. How long do I have to be sick for them to start believing me? It’s not all in my head. It’s all physical. I’ve been in hell. I’m tired of going to countless appointments. Tomorrow I have another to do a physical and EKG. Because they don’t believe based on PASSED results about my heart palpitations. I’m so frustrated.

Anxiety can present in physical ways we don’t expect or even think is possible. I use to manifest my anxiety physically. I would have chest pains, shortness of breath, pains in my arms. I would shake and at night I would wake up from the shaking. I knew something was wrong with me but after numerous tests and appointments it wasn’t. It was all my anxiety. We manifest a lot of things with our minds

Not saying it is this, but if it is, how did you get thru it? I’ve bebe sick so long I don’t know what I feel or believe anymore

a combination of therapy and medicine. Mind over matter techniques. I really really felt my best after having my first baby. After my second my anxiety came back but it wasn’t as bad because I used the techniques I was taught in therapy. Now after my third my anxiety hasn’t returned. For me hormones also played apart in it. Have you had yours checked? Do you remember when your anxiety of these issues started? I was in such a really really dark place about 8-9 years ago. I was at the point I was ready to commit myself for help. I was out of touch with reality. It was really bad.

@dontblockmesis-imjustspeakingfacts, I’ve always felt my best during my pregnancy and after having my children. The darkest place I’ve been was 3 years ago during my first miscarriage. Never went back. I’ve been in therapy off and on for 8 years and NEVER needed meds because it was always controlled with techniques. This is the worse it’s been. I’m sure being sick and the covid in the world contributing to it isn’t helping me.
