There’s one thing my kids look forward to in the lead up to Easter every single year… the Easter egg dying! #AD We’ve always given them a full dozen to dye every year, which means - yes… 5 dozen eggs! It’s one tradition that we’ve done since William was 6 months old! Now even at 15 years old, he still get excited about it! .

As you guys know I’m a @bjswholesale shopper. I’ve appreciated them more than ever over the last couple of weeks because they’ve helped me provide my family with everything that we’ve needed. We’ve been going for essentials, but my recent shopping trip was extra special because I knew I needed to get the EGGS! As always - BJ’s delivered and I was able to buy my Wellsley Farms eggs for Easter (and my son Ben’s birthday cake!) while there. .

It’s important to make sure we’re sticking with Easter traditions that we can still do during this time. Dying Easter eggs and hunting for them on Easter morning is one thing that my kids look forward to every single year. These traditions are important for them and important for me. Not to mention - as messy and as crazy as it gets watching them dye the eggs… it’s probably one of my favorite things to watch them all do together! There’s something really special about watching my 5 kids (who range in age from 6 to 15 years old) still all really get into the Easter egg dying game! .

They even still make us “pick a winner” for the kid who did the best job dying Easter eggs - which is never a fair competition for us to judge as parents! We usually always just pick the youngest, which means Victoria is on her 6th straight year of being the “best!” .
