Just had my midwife appointment. Felt like I was being told off....she was saying baby shouldn’t be having any milk at night. My baby loves the bottle and I should completely eliminate the bottle and give milk in a beaker. Also, he didn’t have his nap so he was grumpy and crying. She said just ignore him. He will learn. ☹️
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
my baby daddy's ex wife works at the hospital I'm having my daughter she is just a cleaning lady she tell me they let her move the babies around I'm scared this women will take my baby she even tells me if I have my baby early she could see her ever day .. my doctor only delivers at this hospital I don't know what to do . this is why I don't want to have my baby early ..
Opinions on hungrier baby milk? My girl is drinking well over 30 oz in 24 hours. I tried her with water inbetween feeds but she just won't settle in till she has milk as she's hungry not thirsty. She's awake like 18 hours a day 😭
so my husband wants to feed are baby but the thing is that I will be breastfeeding so idk how it would work. he was thinking that when he wants to feed him he would give him formula but I just want my baby to have breast milk. so then he said why don't you pump your milk out and I'll feed it to him and i thought that would be the best thing but then I'm scared that my baby will get use to the bottle. I need help idk what to do because my husband really wants to feed him :/ and we need to come up with something before are baby is here. can anyone help??
Just seen a chick on offer up selling 12 mo old baby clothes, bottles and (gasp) baby milk! 5 cans for 10 bucks each. They damn near 30 in the store !!!!! Now is a bad mom? Idnt think so 😝😝😎

I heard some midwives say babies shouldn’t have milk at night. But mine still does and I don’t think it’s bad. I think a bottle is more convenient for a baby at night than a beaker. He might completely wake up if a beaker isn’t comfortable for him. My baby’s naps are at different times these days for some reason. I just accept the situation how it is. Not everything can be at accurate timing with babies xx

@mummy2two, thanks babe. Also, my baby still likes mashed or purée food and his 16 months old. Do you think this is ok? I was scared to tell the midwife in case I got another telling off 🤣

Both of mine was baby led weaning so never really used the mashed food, has he got teeth yet? I wouldn't stop giving him what he wants but maybe try do some finger snack food slowly wean him onto solids and I don't blame you for not telling her I hate the way some of them make you feel

Chelsea still has a bedtime bottle of milk also but I'm not worried over it 🤷♀️ Dont pay any attention, only you know your baby best. x

Sounds like she just wanted to be a bitch no need to tell you to ignore your own child. My daughters 16months and still has a bottle she wont sleep without it x

My Lo did this and I was told the same she said at this age its jsut about waking up for the sake of spending more time with you, so I just let him wake and cry and eventually he stopped he is 19months now and hasnt done this since last xmas x
