Can y'all share your pork chop recipes? We got some bone in pork chops and we don't normally eat pork chops so I'm not sure what to do with them. For sides were having mashed potatoes, green beans, roasted brown sugar butternut squash. Not sure exactly what I should do with the pork that would make sense with the rest of dinner.

What's for dinner this evening? We are having cheesey mashed cauliflower, Kale sautéed in bacon, onions and coconut milk and pan seared pork chops with a garlic red wine pan sauce. Smells so good.

Or breaded aka shake and bake porkchops

I put mine in my crock pot well it’s a little late now ..but I put them in with a packet of ranch add a can of cream of chicken and add salt n pepper u could also add bacon 🥓 then let them cook four hrs and it melts in your mouth

I would do that but our crock pot broke a week ago. But I'll remember this when we get a new one!

I usually make a dry rub of brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin and bake them in the oven.
