They checked it at every appointment but i guess it could depend on the doctor, or maybe they just forgot.

My midwife doesn’t typically check until after the 12 week mark bc it can be hard to find with baby being so little and tucked away in your pelvis before than and it causes worry in the mother if they try and can’t find.
I'm pretty sure if it was something bad they would of told you to me they just forgot cus it happened to me also and it was just that they forgot

They couldn't even pick up my youngest heartbeat until 12 weeks. But I had anterior placenta.
They did an emergency ultrasound to ensure I did have a viable baby in there.
I heard mine and I’m 7weeks. But my last pregnancy, they have always checked. Ultrasound and Doppler
In the UK they don’t check the heartbeat with a Doppler until after 20 weeks.

they didn’t start checking my babies heartbeat until after I got to hear it on ultrasound for the first time which was 13 weeks .. Bkz it cn freak ppl out if they check and they don’t hear anything
I have already had a first ultrasound and heard the heartbeat but that was really early in my pregnancy

I go back October 9th but the cramping is just worrying me and I was hoping they would check heartbeat like they normally would and I thought maybe I was just overworrying myself but they did every appointment with my other pregnancies
