What lactation treats is good to make more breast milk ?

I gave birth yesterday and we just got home a hour ago thank god everything went well

Baby is here healthy and they test me for coronavirus it came back negative

Im in labor and delivery just got here 1 hour ago and i was 6cm

Im having alot of contractions in my pelivic and just now i went to use to bathroom i see blood in my mucus

There's alot of people on here that are so quick to open there mouth and judge people as if your doing a crime this is how i feel if ya don't fucking like what people post don't fucking comment of there page or block ya self

this morning at 3am untill almost 5am out of no where i woke up becuse i started to feel contractions but they weren't that strong and at the same same shooting pains they started from my lower middle stomach then it will go to my right side to the left then to my lower back
And it kept happening till almost 5am don't matter which position i would move to but right now that im up so far im good
