Just want to let some moms know that it’s okay to ask for help and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed. There’s so many moms who suffer from separation anxiety, stress, and depression but won’t allow themselves to be away from their child. Trust me I know how it feels. I finally got a therapist and I’m currently working on myself but it is also sooooo hard when you are a stay at home mom but just want some time to be able to do things alone and have some peace but you don’t trust your child with many people, not even family. You have these awful thoughts in your head and you’re always thinking something bad can happen if they’re out of your sight.

Seek help. Or talk to someone you trust. Just remember some people will say you’re being dramatic or you’re just a “new mom” and you’ll get over it. My son is almost 3 and I still haven’t “gotten over it”.

Being a mom is a lot of work and can be stressful. It’s okay to have a night to yourself or even a day to yourself.

Remember, your child sees when you change and your child can tell that you’re hurt, even if you try to hide it from them.

Stay strong for not only yourself but your child.

Get help for not only yourself but your child.

Moms are absolutely the BEST!
